Description

Line exhaust Stainless steel Grn Renault 4L "Great Raid" :

 

Features:

 

-Top of the line all made in stainless steel 304L,

 

-Diameter 42mm,

 

-Silent dual-flush, oval shaped and inclined to conform to the closest of the form of the plays fender and do not rub with the mounts "big tires",

 

-Line all-welded TIG under neutral atmosphere (injection of gas into the line and through the nozzle of the welding) in order to ensure quality welds, aviation, and no rochages (projections of pellets of metal in the line when welded to the MIG),

 

-Line is fully formed in the chuck digital from a the same tube. This prevents the joints of elbows welded together and guarantees the best flow possible (limit the steps in the line),

 

-Addition of a flange that is soft to the level of the down pipe to ensure a perfect fit to the mounting and to absorb the movements of the engine (do not fatigue the silent-block exhaust quickly and désserages flanges, fasteners),
